My Daily Times

Privacy

This is a small service run by one person. It keeps the minimum it needs to send you a paper: your email address, your first name, the city you gave for the weather, the topics you ticked, and the notes you give the editor.

Every morning the paper is written from public news sources and emailed to you. Nothing is sold, shared, or used for advertising. No analytics scripts run on these pages.

The editor chat sends what you type, together with your current settings, to an AI model to work out the change you asked for. Your messages are kept so the page can show the conversation.

Every email carries a link to stop the paper. Stopping it keeps your settings so you can start again; if you want them deleted, reply to any edition and say so.

One cookie remembers which paper is yours on your own phone or computer, so typing your email there opens it. Signing out removes it.

Sign-ups and sends are noted in a log on the computer that runs the site, so a sign-up or a paper that went wrong can be traced. It is never shared.
